Bolshoi simulation
(cosmological simulation)
The Bolshoi simulation models the large scale of the observable universe,
or at least a significant representative portion of it.
It is based upon the Lambda-CDM model and was originally run using
WMAP5 (Wilkinson Microwave Anisotropy Probe) data, with later runs based upon Planck data.
It is similar in scope to LasDamas.
