J1713-0747 is a Binary Star consisting of a Millisecond Pulsar (MSP) and a White Dwarf, discovered in the early 1990s in Arecibo Observatory Pulsar searches. It has been used for study due to its high consistency. It is one of NANOGrav's observed MSPs.
