Lick Observatory Supernova Search

(LOSS)
(search for supernovae for cosmological study)

The Lick Observatory Supernova Search (LOSS) was carried out on the Katzman Automatic Imaging Telescope (KAIT) beginning in 1998. The goal was measurement of Hubble parameter over time using observations of Type Ia supernovae.

It has combined forces with Tenegra Observatory to form the Lick Observatory and Tenegra Observatory Supernova Searches (LOTOSS).
