QUBIC
(Q&U Bolometric Interferometer for Cosmology)
(survey measuring the polarization of the CMB)
QUBIC
(for Q&U Bolometric Interferometer for Cosmology,
Q and U referring to the Stokes parameters)
is a CMB polarization survey
using a purpose-built instrument and telescope,
located on Alto Chorrillos in Argentina.
QUBIC began operation in October 2022.
