The
Spitzer Extragalactic Representative Volume Survey (SERVS)
was an infrared survey carried out by the
Spitzer Space Telescope, covering five well-studied survey fields:
It was a Spitzer Warm Mission survey, using the remaining
capabilities of the IRAC camera.
XMM-SERVS is a follow-up survey by XMM-Newton to cover
all the same fields in X-ray.
