SINS (for Spectroscopic Imaging Survey in the Near-infrared with SINFONI) is a study using the ESO VLT instrument, SINFONI, aimed at redshift 1 to 4 over the near infrared (1-2.5 μm).

zC-SINF is a followup survey in collaboration with the zCOSMOS (Cosmic Evolution Survey) team, using SINFONI to view the COSMOS galaxies.
