Sagittarius Window Eclipsing Extrasolar Planet Search
(SWEEPS)
(transit search using HST time)
The Sagittarius Window Eclipsing Extrasolar Planet Search
(SWEEPS) was a 2006 survey, surveying a portion
of Baade's Window using HST's ACS, with the aim of finding
transients indicating extra-solar planet transits.
It observed 180,000 stars in the galactic bulge over seven days and
found 16 planets.
