The Tunka experiment (aka TAIGA experiment, TAIGA for Tunka Advanced Instrument for cosmic ray physics and Gamma Astronomy) is a group of Cherenkov detectors in Tunka Valley, Siberia, aimed at observing cosmic rays and gamma rays. Detectors have been added, upgraded, and replaced and over the years, the first dating from the 1990s.
