U-Net
(neural network software for image reconstruction)
U-Net is a neural network software package
aimed at image processing.
Its particular type is termed a convolutional neural network (CNN).
It was developed for biomedical imaging, but is effectively
a general tool for image recognition and classification and has
been used in astronomy.
