BDF
(field used in search for distant galaxies)
BDF is a designator to indicate an
object in the "BDF" field.
The BDF field is attributed to a paper by
Matthew Lehnert and Malcolm Bremer, who looked for distant
galaxies in a small field. It has been referred to as
the Bremer Deep Field.
