The The H2O Southern Galactic Plane Survey (HOPS)
was a survey to gather data on molecular clouds
across the galactic plane through detection of water masers.
Observation data was gathered from 2007-2010 with MOPS on the
Mopra Telescope.
Note that HOPS is also the abbreviation for the
Herschel Orion Protostar Survey.
