IOTA, for Infrared Optical Telescope Array
was an infrared optical interferometer
located at the Fred Lawrence Whipple Observatory in Arizona.
It began with two 45 cm telescopes in 1994, with a third added in 2000.
Its maximum baseline was 35 m.
It was decommissioned in 2006.
