Kepler-1625b

Kepler-1625b is a giant extra-solar planet found in a star's habitable zone, a confirmed Kepler Telescope discovery. It orbits the G-type star, Kepler-1625. Of interest have been observations suggesting an exomoon (termed Kepler-1625b-I). However, the exomoon-candidate exomoon-candidate appears to be Neptune-size. Characteristics:

• Host star: Kepler-1625 aka KOI-5084.
• Discovery: by the transit method in 2016.
• 2200 pc - distance.
• ~1 AU - orbital radius.
• 287 days - orbital period.
• ~1 - radius in Jupiter radii.
• ~10 - Jupiter masses.
• 350 K - equilibrium temperature (assuming zero albedo; the actual temperature is likely somewhat lower).
