Multi-Epoch Nearby Cluster Survey
(MENeaCS)
(Type Ia supernova survey in clusters at z = 0.1)
The Multi-Epoch Nearby Cluster Survey (MENeaCS)
was an astronomical survey
to identify and observe Type Ia supernovae
at redshift z between 0.5 and 1.5.
Observations were carried out in 2008 and 2009
using the MegaCam imager of the Canada-France-Hawaii Telescope (CFHT),
with spectroscopic follow-up mostly using the MMT.
