SN 1572 (Tycho's Supernova)
was a supernova observed and noted by Tycho Brahe (and others)
in the year 1572.
It has been determined to be a Type Ia supernova and
the supernova remnant (Tycho SNR) is much studied.
The remnant was an early-discovered radio source,
termed 3C 10.
