FourStar Galaxy Evolution Survey
(ZFOURGE, Z-FOURGE)
(infrared deep-survey to detect galaxies)
The FourStar Galaxy Evolution Survey
(ZFOURGE or Z-FOURGE)
was a survey of three existing survey fields,
COSMOS, CDFS, and UDS,
using the Magellan Telescopes' FourStar
near infrared camera. It determined
redshifts for 60,000 galaxies
within the 1 < z < 3 range.
