The Galaxy Evolution Explorer (GALEX) was an ultraviolet space telescope launched in 2003 and in operation until 2012, run by NASA and JPL. The aim was ultraviolet exploration of the observable universe to investigate star formation in galaxies. Among the surveys were conducted with it:

MCAT (for Merged Catalog) is a merged catalog of GALEX sources.
